Personally came before us, Opossom, a native Cherokee & witness to the above account & states on oath That he was acquainted with the said Ah no hih in the Eastern Nation, having lived near neighbor to her for several years–& to the best of his knowledge & belief she abandoned all of the above named property without receiving any consideration whatever for the same—
