                To Bull Frog a native Cherokee—For property abandoned in the Eastern nation in the year 1838 Shoemack Creek of Georgia – Emigrated under Gen’l [Scott] by land—Present residence on the Barren Fork of Illinois near Ges. Harlin’s Tahlequah District—To Wit—

To 3 Head of milck Cows taken off by white people

citizens of the of the state in the year 1834—not paid for                               $[45]

“ Forcible ejection by citizens of the U. States from

one Improvement in 1836 consisting of

2 Dwelling houses, smoke house, corn crib,

& C. & 25 acres of cleared lands–for 2 years–                                                     $300.00

“ 1 Improvement made after 1835, not valued,

situated on the head of Coo ye hully, Bradly Co. Tonn                                     

“ 1 Dwelling house 20.—1 Kitchen 15.—1 stable 10.                                          45.00

“ 1 chicken-house 6.—1 Horse lot 5.—1 Bed stead 4.                                        15.00

“ 2 good Barrels 2.—2 side cupboards 3.—1 Table 3.                                         8.00

“ 1 Framed Loom 10.—20 Head hogs 60.                                                                70.00

“ 3 Cows left at this place 45.                                                                                       45.00

One Fifty dollars counterfeit Bill passed on him for good

money by white man citizen of u. states for a first rate poney,

entire loss to him                                                                                                             50.00

Personally came before us, The Bull Frog, a native Cherokee, & claimant of the above account, & states on oath, That all of the above property was abandoned by him in the Eastern nation at the time & place named, & that he has never received any consideration for the same of any person whosoever, & the prices fixed he believes to be just & fair

Personally came before us, Fishing Hawk, a native Cherokee & witness to the foregoing account, & states on oath, That he was acquainted with the said Bull Frog in the Eastern Nation & that the property named above was abandoned by him at the time & place named without receiving any consideration whatever for the same
