Personally came before us James Blackcoat and after being duely sworn deposeth and saith the above claim is part of the Estate of Blackcoat dec’d & made to him a lone by mutual consent of the heirs, and that the above account is just and true

Personally came before us Go ah sun gah—and after being fuely sworn—deposeth and saith, that he lived in the imidiate vicinity of Dardenelle Bluff on the Arkansas River and personally knowing to the Above named—property and improvements, to be Abandoned, by him under the treaty of 1828 and that he was present when the above was made to aforesaid J Blackcoat by his father
