                To Too-sa-wal-la-tah a native Cherokee of the Cherokee nation East—resided there on the waters of the Can-a-sa-ga, near Joseph Vann’s Spring Place, Georgia—Emigrated to this country with Daniel Colstons Detachment and now resides on the Bonen Fork of Illinois River near Reuben Tiner’s—Going Snake District, Cherokee nation

Personally came before us, Too-sa-wal-la-tah, a native Cherokee & claimant of the foregoing account and desposeth and saith on oath that all of the above named property was abandoned by him in the Eastern nation, in consequence of being arrested by United States Troops & forced into camps & that he has never received any consideration for the same of any person whoever

Personally came before us “ The Fodder” and Cas-sa-la-we, native Cherokees & witnesses to the foregoing claim & depose and say on oath that they were acquainted with the said Too-sa-wal-la-tah in the Eastern Nation & that he was dispossessed of the property named above in the way & manner he has stated & that to their knowledge, he has never received any consideration therefor
