To Ska too key, a native Cherokee, Emigrated by Water under the conduct of (illegible) Smith in the year 1838—Resided East, near Turkey Town Alabama Present residence on the Illinois River, near John Looney’s in Tahlequah District
To one Improvement abandoned as above not founded on the assessors Books—situated at or near Turkey Town Alabama, consisting of the following items—
To 1 Log cabbin 20$–15 acres of cleared land $170.00
Personally came before us, Ska too key, claimant of the above Improvements in the manner stated & that he has never received any consideration whatever for the same
