The claimant in this case states (on oath) that she lived at Ahmuchee and came to this country in Bell’s detachment and now lives on Saline Creek. She states she was rudely forced from home by the soldiers where she left every article charged in the account and was never suffered to return.

The witness in this case states (on oath) that he lived a neighbor to the claimant, and knows that she was forced from home by the same men that forced him from home, and states she was possessed of the property charged in the account & had to leave it all behind.
