                To property abandoned in the Eastern Nation on the waters of Chicamaga, Walker County Georgia Came to the west in the year 1837 by water conducted by Gen’l C.S Smith—Now Resides on the Illinois River near Sam’l McKey’s old place in Illinois District—To Wit—

To 1 Field of six acres cleared land not valued                                      $60.00

“ 6 Large hogs taken by whites citizens of U.S                                      30.00

“ 15 Head stock hogs 2$–4 Head horses                                                205.00

To property abandoned on Chicamaga in state of Tennessee

To 1 Field of cleared land containing 15 acres                                      120.00

“ 1 dwelling house 20$–4 acres planted in corn                                  60.00

“ 1 cow (first colt) 1 Rifle gun $15                                                              30.00

“ 2 Large potts 10$–2 smaller Do. 8$                                                       18.00

“ 2 Large water pails 1.50—2 Large Dishes 1.50                                   3.00

“ 3 coolers 1.50—2 setts plates Do. Knives & Forks                            6.00

“ 1 sett Teacups & saucers –2 setts spoons .75                                     1.25
