Personally came before us Nicholas Sanders and after being duely sworn saith that he was well acquainted with Wm Pritchet in the Eastern Cherokee Nation, and know that he was compelled to Abandon such property when he left his home for the western Cherokee Nation and that he has not been paid for the same
