Personally came before us Wiley Drowning Bear after being Duly sworn Deposeth and saith on oath that the above account as it states (illegible) just and true also that he has not received any consideration for the above and the seven Dollars, having (illegible) was taken by the commissioners and gave to citizens of the united states, he states that he did not owe the said amount and was unjust
